From the Field: South and East Africa Ethiopia and South Africa Prayer Request 03/28/2011 Please pray that approval will be granted for the tax-free importation of shoe box gifts in South Africa and Ethiopia. Operation Christmas Child ministry partners in these countries are working through the customs clearing process for the first time, and are facing many challenges as they work under tight deadlines. Please join in prayer that the government officials will grant final approvals quickly so that the OCC ministry may be established and many children and families will hear the message of hope and life in Jesus Christ.

From the Field: The Americas Prayer Requests UPDATE: Haiti prayer request 03/29/2011 UPDATE: We continue to trust God for the quick release of containers of shoe box gifts through Haitian customs. We praise God that the needed paperwork has been approved and that 14 containers of gifts are scheduled to clear customs by this Friday (April 1). Please continue to pray that the release of the containers would remain on schedule.
